Eating disorders are serious mental health conditions that can affect someone physically, psychologically and socially. There are different forms of eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder.
We are an adult service working across Somerset, consisting of dietitians, clinical nurse specialists, psychological therapists, support workers, psychologists, assistant psychologists, an occupational therapist, a psychiatrist and administrators.
We work with people experiencing a range of eating disorder difficulties. This includes people presenting with the first onset of an eating disorder, people with enduring symptoms, and those with moderate to severe presentations.
