Who Can Help You

If you are a Carer, make sure you have registered as a Carer in three places:

- Call Somerset Direct 0300 123 2224 to arrange a Carers assessment, it's free to do and simply assesses what support (practical and financial) you may be entitled to.

- Let your GP Practice know you are a Carer. It means you can access healthcare benefits for free, such as an annual flu jab.

- Register with us at Somerset Carers - here for you at ANY and EVERY stage of your caring journey - just call us on 0800 31 68 600.

Not sure if you are classed as a Carer? No problem, give us a quick call and we can help.

Below are details of the services in Somerset designed to help YOU as a Carer (quick links on the right).
