Somerset Village Agents
Village Agents are paid, highly trained individuals living in the parish ‘clusters’ they support. They are the people behind Somerset Carers, providing community support solutions.
They help to bridge the gap between isolated, excluded, vulnerable, and lonely individuals and statutory and/or voluntary organisations which offer specific solutions to identified needs. This means they work with your GP, hospital services, and other organisations to coordinate the package of care that you and the person you care for require.
