A weekly art intervention using dance and movement to improve the health and happiness of people living with memory loss.
The friendly welcoming sessions aim to:
- support falls prevention
- improve physical and mental wellbeing
- reduce loneliness and isolation
- provide carers with respite.
Every session includes fun games and activities and some social time.
The cost for each session is £10. Booking required. Please see the website for more details.
Refreshments provided and free parking on site.
Carers are welcome to stay.
