Caring for loved ones with special needs is a noble and a challenging role.
The Mindful Life helps Carers to cope with stress and difficult emotions using mindfulness-based approaches, running taster sessions, introductory mindfulness programmes and ongoing weekly meditations.
They designed their approach in response to the limitations facing so many Carers; personal time, access to respite care, finances, and so on. We offer all our approaches free of charge.
They look together for strategies to address difficult and unnourishing feelings, to step away from being ‘invisible’, ‘overwhelmed’, ‘exhausted’, and to notice the types of triggers that cause us to react.
They look for ways to bring wellness to the centre and to make it your strength, through practical everyday mindfulness techniques, and resources to turn to when it feels like there’s no more time to give.
