Stronger Together in Martock
The NHS and Carers Service are working together to offer a support and social group for Martock and South Petherton Surgery patients who are carers and the people that they care for.
Meet other people like you for conversation, sharing experiences and to enjoy a range of activities in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Separate group for the people you care for so you can share ideas with other carers whilst they are safe and enjoying themselves.
Regular professionals attending to answer your questions and speakers on topics you choose.
